SCUBA DIVING & FREEDIVING
Scuba Diving & Freediving in Howe Sound Biosphere
Howe Sound, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, is the southernmost fjord in North America. Surrounded by dramatic peaks that rise straight from the ocean, it’s Vancouver’s gateway to scuba diving, free-diving, and a wide variety of outdoor adventures.
Dive into a world of vibrant marine life, unique sponge bioherms, dramatic walls and reefs, rocky pinnacles, overhangs, and the famous HMCS Annapolis artificial reef. This is your chance to explore it all. Check out the dive site map below.
Exploring by boat unlocks access to many remote dive locations with often superior visibility—far beyond what’s reachable from shore.
We welcome certified divers of all experience levels and provide a full range of gear rentals to support your underwater journey.
What is included
